Important Return Guidelines

  • Unopened, Sealed Boxes Only: Returns are accepted only for boxes that are sealed and in resellable condition. Products must be returned in their original packaging without any signs of use.
  • Opened or Partially Used Boxes: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any boxes that have been opened or partially used. Do not send back opened boxes, as they will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Shaker Bottles: For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of used or opened shaker bottles under any circumstances.

If your procedure was canceled or delayed and you no longer need the product, we understand and will gladly issue a refund only for unopened, sealed boxes returned within the 30-day window.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack Securely: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging. Include a printed copy of your receipt with the order number clearly shown.
  3. Prepay Shipping: All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
