What can be returned?

(YES) Unopened, sealed 14-packs or complete surgical bundles

Must be in original packaging with no signs of use. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

(NO) Incomplete or partially used 14-packs

Because we do not sell indiviudal servings, we're unable to issue partial refunds for opened 14-packs. Please don't send these back — as they won't be eligible and we can't return them to you.

(NO) Shaker bottles

For hygiene and safety reasons, shaker bottles cannot be returned once opened or used.

Surgery canceled or delayed?

We completely understand — that's exactly what this policy is here for. If you have an unused complete surgical bundle, and are within the 30-day window, we'll gladly process your refund.

How to start your return

1 Contact us first

Email us at xceleratedrecovery@gmail.com or use the contact form on our website. Please reach out within 30 days of your purchase date. We aim to reply within 24 hours.

2 Pack securely

Place the item(s) in their original packaging and include a printed copy of your receipt with your order number clearly visible.

3 Prepay shipping and send

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We don't accept C.O.D. deliveries. Keep your tracking number — you'll want to confirm we've received your package.

Refund details

•Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

•Once your return is received and inspected, you'll receive your refund within7–14 business days, minus return shipping and handling costs.

•Returns outside the 30-day window cannot be accepted.

Package didn't arrive?

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, here's what to do:

•Check with neighbors or your building's mailroom.

•Review any available security footage near your delivery location.

•File a report with your local police department if theft is suspected.
